At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All orders are final sale.

Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size, if available. If the defective item is sold out, we will issue a full refund.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Defective items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To report a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. 

Email us at hello@ylstudiogreek.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery with "Exchange Request - Full Name" in the subject line. Include the following:


REFUND PROCESSING

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Insurance: Items are insured up to 100.00. If you require additional shipping insurance, please contact me immediately after your purchase so that you can be invoiced for the additional amount.

Canceling an Order: Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.

Price Adjustments: Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.

Sale Items: All sale item purchases are final.
